Yes. To provide the best possible service, we require access to both a water source and a standard electrical outlet at the service location.
This allows us to bring the equipment and products we need while keeping our mobile setup running smoothly. If you’re unsure whether your location has what we need, just ask before booking — we’re happy to help you figure it out.
Most appointments take between 1 and 4 hours, depending on the service selected, the size and type of vehicle, and the overall condition of the vehicle.
Every vehicle is different, and we believe in taking the time necessary to do the job properly rather than rushing through it. Our estimated service times are provided to help you plan your day, but particularly dirty vehicles or vehicles requiring additional attention may take longer. Quality takes time and we don’t believe in cutting corners.
Absolutely! We can tackle many common interior stains and spots as part of a deeper cleaning process.
Because every stain is different, results can vary depending on the type of stain, how long it has been present, and the material it’s on. Additional fees may apply for stain removal or extra treatment beyond the selected service. We’ll always let you know if additional work is recommended before moving forward.
Absolutely. We love the furbabies, just not what they leave behind!
We’re happy to help remove pet hair and give your vehicle’s interior a much-needed reset. Pet hair removal can be more time-intensive depending on the amount, type of hair, and material it has embedded itself into. Additional fees may apply for excessive pet hair or additional removal time.

You bet. We service vehicles of all shapes and sizes! Cars, trucks, SUVs, crossovers, and more are welcome in the Desert Gator lineup.
Because larger vehicles naturally require more time, additional pricing may apply depending on vehicle size and condition.

Absolutely. No mess is too much for the Gator. From neglected interiors to vehicles that have seen their fair share of desert dust, dirt, spills, and everyday life, we’re happy to take on the challenge.
Heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time, specialized cleaning, or additional fees depending on the condition. If your vehicle needs some serious attention, send us a few photos ahead of your appointment and we can help determine the best service for the job.

Mother Nature gets a free pass. Because we’re a mobile detailing business, weather can occasionally make it unsafe or impractical to perform a quality detail. If weather conditions interfere with your appointment, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.
